Description

This course is about how you work with learners to facilitate their learning and includes sessions on supervision skills, assessing learning needs and setting objectives along with providing feedback. In addition the course provides sessions on the support you provide to learners in relation to their personal and career development and equality and diversity.
Completion of all sessions within this course is not mandatory. A report showing completion can be downloaded and printed at the end of each session, or a certificate can be downloaded after completion of all sessions within a course.
